If the Court approves the Settlement, eligible Class and Collective Members will automatically be sent a payment. Use this page to look up your record, confirm or update your mailing address, and elect to receive your payment electronically.

This Settlement covers two groups of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Whether you are a California Class Member or a non-California Collective Member, you can look up your record and update your information here using the Notice ID and PIN printed on the notice you received.

Class Member

Worked in California

SDRs employed by Drata in California between May 1, 2021 and September 1, 2025. You will be paid automatically unless you opt out — use this page to elect electronic payment or update your address.

Collective Member

Worked outside California

SDRs employed by Drata elsewhere in the United States between June 11, 2021 and September 1, 2025. You participate by cashing your check or electing electronic payment — do that here.

Enter the Notice ID and PIN printed on the notice you received in the mail or by email. After you are verified, you can confirm your identity as a Class or Collective Member, update your mailing address, and choose to receive your payment by electronic payment.
